“Services” include flotation therapy sessions, infrared sauna sessions, cold plunge sessions, Fire & Ice sessions, and any related studio services we offer.

“Gift Card” means a prefunded electronic or tangible record of a monetary value usable toward our goods/services.

“Service Credit” means a prepaid credit or unit that may be used toward Services, whether purchased as a package, received through a membership, promotion, or converted from other studio credit.

“Membership” means any plan or arrangement that provides recurring benefits and/or service credits on a recurring billing schedule, including automatically renewing plans.

2) ELIGIBILITY; MINORS

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into purchases and agreements under these Terms.

Guests ages 16–17 may use Services only with written parent/guardian consent and completion of required waivers/forms (and any additional requirements we communicate at booking/check-in).

We do not provide Services to guests under 16.

3) HEALTH & SAFETY NOTICE (NOT MEDICAL CARE)

Our Services are not medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

If you have health concerns (including pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, seizures/epilepsy, respiratory issues, or heat/cold sensitivity), consult a licensed healthcare provider before using our Services.

Do not use our Services while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing substances.

You agree to follow all posted studio rules and staff instructions.

4) REQUIRED WAIVERS

Before receiving Services, you (and/or your parent/guardian, if applicable) must complete and sign applicable waivers and acknowledgments. Waivers are separate from these Terms and may impose additional conditions.

5) APPOINTMENTS, PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION, AND PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE

To reserve an appointment, we may require a valid payment method on file (credit/debit card or other permitted payment method).

By booking or maintaining a payment method on file, you authorize us to charge:

(a) the price of Services you purchase;

(b) applicable late cancellation/no-show fees described below;

(c) unpaid balances for products or services you receive;

(d) fees for damage/contamination caused by you or your party to the extent permitted by law; and

(e) applicable taxes.

6) CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, LATE ARRIVALS, AND NO-SHOWS (APPOINTMENTS)

6.1 Cancellation / Rescheduling Window

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge by canceling in our online booking system or contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time (“Cancellation Window”).

6.2 Late Cancellations (Inside the Cancellation Window)

If you cancel or reschedule inside the Cancellation Window, we may charge either:

• one Service Credit (if your booking was made using a package, membership, promotion, or gift/service credit), OR

• the full then-current retail price of the scheduled Service to the payment method on file if no applicable Service Credit is available.

6.3 No-Shows

If you do not arrive and check in for your appointment (a “No-Show”), we may charge either:

• one Service Credit, OR

• the full then-current retail price of the scheduled Service to the payment method on file.

Late cancellation and No-Show charges are not refundable.

6.4 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other guests. Late arrival does not reduce the price. If the remaining time is insufficient to provide the Service, we may treat the appointment as a No-Show.

6.5 Exceptions / Discretion

We understand emergencies happen. Any waiver of fees is at our discretion and may be offered as a one-time courtesy.

6.6 Gift Cards and Service Credits Used for Bookings

If a Gift Card or Service Credit is used for a booking, you authorize us to deduct applicable fees from that Gift Card/credit first. If the available balance is insufficient, you authorize us to charge the remaining amount to the payment method on file.

7) MEMBERSHIPS; RECURRING BILLING; AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

7.1 Membership Offer Terms Shown at Sign-Up

Membership pricing, billing frequency, included credits/benefits, renewal term length, any minimum commitment, and the cancellation policy for your specific membership (“Membership Offer Terms”) will be presented to you during enrollment/sign-up and in your written confirmation/acknowledgment email.

7.2 Automatic Renewal Authorization

Unless clearly disclosed otherwise at enrollment, Memberships renew automatically on a recurring basis. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge the recurring membership fee to your payment method on file each billing cycle until you cancel.

7.3 Minimum Commitment (Monthly Plans)

Monthly Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment unless otherwise disclosed at enrollment. If you request cancellation during the minimum commitment period, your membership will remain active and bill through the minimum commitment period, and cancellation will take effect as described below.

7.4 How to Cancel a Membership (Online + In Person)

You may cancel your Membership online using the cancellation mechanism in your account.

You may also cancel in person at our studio during staffed hours.

7.5 Cancellation Timing; 30-Day Notice; End of Billing Cycle

Membership cancellations require at least 30 days’ notice and are effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

If your cancellation request is received fewer than 30 days before your next renewal date, your cancellation will be scheduled for the end of the following billing cycle.

7.6 Freezes

Memberships may be frozen for up to 3 months total in any 12-month period unless otherwise stated in your Membership Offer Terms.

During a freeze, billing is paused and membership credits do not accrue (unless your specific membership terms state otherwise).

7.7 Household Sharing

Membership benefits and credits may be shared within the same household only. We may require you to identify household members and may deny or revoke benefits if we determine the account is being used outside the household or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

7.8 Renewal Notices and Material Changes

We will provide renewal notices and notices of material changes as required by applicable law, using the communication method you have provided (typically email). Please ensure your account email is accurate and that our emails are not blocked.

7.9 Non-Payment; Account Holds

If a membership payment fails, we may suspend membership benefits and/or appointments until the balance is paid. We may retry failed payments and/or request updated payment information.

7.10 Chargebacks and Disputed Payments

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a membership charge without first contacting us, we may place your account and unused credits on hold during investigation and may require alternative payment methods for future purchases.

8) PACKAGES AND SERVICE CREDITS (NON-MEMBERSHIP)

Packages and service credits are delivered electronically and are redeemable only for salt 360 goods/services (unless specifically stated otherwise).

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, packages and purchased service credits do not expire.

Packages may be transferable if stated at purchase; otherwise, they are intended for the purchaser and their household.

9) GIFT CARDS

9.1 No Fees; No Expiration (Purchased Gift Cards)

We do not sell gift cards with dormancy, inactivity, service, maintenance, or similar fees.

Purchased gift cards do not expire unless clearly stated otherwise at purchase.

9.2 Cash Redemption (Colorado)

If the remaining balance on a gift card is $5.00 or less, we will redeem the remaining value for cash upon the holder’s request, as required by Colorado law.

9.3 Not Redeemable for Cash Otherwise

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by law.

9.4 Lost/Stolen

Treat gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable. If we can verify the gift card code and remaining balance, we may, in our discretion, reissue the remaining balance.

9.5 Refunds

Gift card purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we choose to make an exception in writing.

10) RETAIL PRODUCTS

Retail products may have separate return rules depending on the product type and condition.

If you have a concern about a product purchase, contact us at team@salt360float.com and we will work with you to resolve it fairly.

11) SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want you to love your experience. If you are not satisfied, please contact us promptly and we will make it right in a manner we deem appropriate under the circumstances; which may include rebooking, issuing a credit, or a refund to the original payment method. This guarantee does not apply to late cancellation/no-show fees, and may not apply to certain gift card or retail purchases.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless salt 360 and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

15) GOVERNING LAW; VENUE

These Terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any legal action relating to these Terms or our Services will be brought in the state courts located in La Plata County, Colorado, or the federal courts serving that area, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
